    Email Unsubmitted Timesheets

    Email Unsubmitted Timesheets is used to send emails to Resources when they have not yet submitted their Timesheets.

    To send emails on unsubmitted Timesheets:

    1. Navigate to the Role Center and select Processing > Time & Expense > Email Unsubmitted Timesheets

    2. An options page opens which lets you select settings and filters.

    Field Name Description
    Filter: Time Periods
    Resource Select a Resource from the list.
    Start Date Enter a date as a filter for which Timesheets to include in the list of unsubmitted Timesheets.
    +Filter YSelect +Filter to add additional filters.
    Filter Totals by:
    - +Filter: Select +Filter to add additional filters.
