Time & Expense - Email Unsubmitted Timesheets
Email Unsubmitted Timesheets is used to send emails to Resources when they have not yet submitted their Timesheets.
To send emails on unsubmitted timesheets:
Navigate to the Role Center and select Processing > Time & Expense > Email Unsubmitted Timesheets
An options page opens which lets you select settings and filters. Filter: Time Periods
Resource: Select a Resource from the list.
Start Date: Enter a date as a filter for which timesheets to include in the list of unsubmitted timesheets.
Filter: Resource: You can also select other values to filter results to define which Date or Resource to include in this action.
