Time & Expense - Move Capacity

Move Capacity is used to Move capacity for Resources from one Dimension to another.

You can run Move Capacity for all resources by running the process with no filter.

To update capacity for resources:

1. Navigate to the Role Center and select Processing > Time & Expense > Move Capacity

2. An options page opens which lets you select settings and filters.

3. Move To: Select a different dimension from the Dimension Value List - Department.

4. Filter: Resource: You can also select other values to filter results to define which Resource's capacity are being moved with this process.
