Progressus Ribbon options
When you log into Progressus and navigate to the Role Center, there are a number of functions available to you on the top-ribbon menu.
Projects
- Projects: View, create or edit the list of projects
- Contracts: View, create or edit list of Contracts
- Income Analysis: View the Income Analysis Dashboard tool. Advanced Projects by Progressus provides the ability to review amounts on the various projects based on the criteria defined. The income analysis is version-controlled thereby making it possible to compare current analysis with previous Income Analysis. For more information on using the Income Analysis, see: Income Analysis
- Project Dashboard: View the Project Dashboard tool - a centralized place to review the Project list, project entries, and more.
- Tax Posting setup: Configure Tax Posting Setup for your projects
Resources
- Resources: View the Resource List.
- Resource Groups: View the Resource Group List.
- Resource SubGroups: View the Resource SubGroup List
- Resource Costs: View the list of Resource Costs
- Resource Prices: View the list of Resource Prices
- Resource Project Load: View the Resource Project Load Dashboard tool
Journals
Time Journal Use to enter time transactions. The Time Journal allows for manual entry of time transactions, as well as data import of transactions. When transactions are posted in the Time Journal, entries are made in the Project Ledger.
Expense Journal Use to enter expense transactions. The Expense Journal allows for manual entry of expense transactions, as well as data import of transactions. Once entries are posted in the Expense Journal, the transactions are pushed into the project journal, and ultimately the project ledger.
Project Journal: Use to enter project transactions
Project G/L Journal: Use to post a project activity to the general ledger
Budget Journal: Use to enter budget transactions for your projects
Forecast Journal: Use to enter forecast transactions for your projects
Resource Journal: Use to enter resource transactions for your resources
Purchase Quotes: View, create or edit the list of purchase quotes
Purchase Orders: View, create or edit the list of purchase orders
Purchase Invoices: View, create or edit the list of purchase invoices
Purchase Credit Memos: View, create or edit the list of purchase credit memos
Posted Documents
- Project Ledger: Use to view the Project Ledger entries and their details.
- Expense Sheet Archive: Use to view the Expense Sheet Archives
- Timesheet Archive: Use to view the *Timesheet Archives
- Posted Purchase Invoices: Use to view Posted Purchase Invoices
- Posted Purchase Credit Memos: Use to view Posted Purchase Credit Memos
- Posted Sales Invoices: Use to view posted Sales Invoices
- Posted Sales Credit Memos: Use to view Posted Sales Credit Memos
Time & Expense
